Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

You will be liable for damage or loss up to the excess amount, unless additional insurance covers it. Any damage resulting from negligence or violation of these Terms remains your responsibility, regardless of your insurance coverage.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or failure to show up may incur additional charges.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or similar dangerous pursuits is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials and sub-letting the vehicle to others are also not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, and passenger and weight limits must not be exceeded. Operating the vehicle outside the designated geographical area without prior permission is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Newton Aycliffe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the rental amount paid in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
